The screen combines the efficiency of a horizontal screen with the life of the bearings and low maintenance typical of an inclined screen. ElJay’s 1966 patented design uses a central three-shaft system to create a single oval stroke vibration. This oval stroke vibration prevents clogging of the screen. The possibility to change the thrust angle, its amplitude and the screen speed allows a very precise adjustment that optimizes the production in all screening conditions.
